We ship from Toronto to artists across Canada
Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Free shipping: Orders over $200 CAD ship free.
Local pickup: Please place your order in advance and pick up at Beyond Beauty. We’re not a walk-in storefront, so please arrange a time before stopping by.
International orders: We currently ship within Canada only. Ordering from the US? Visit thelashcollection.com.
Tracking: You’ll automatically receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Lost or stolen packages: We’re not responsible for any lost or stolen goods once a package has been handed to the carrier. Use your tracking email to follow your package’s progress, and contact us if something looks off.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are used directly on skin and lashes, we’re limited in what we can accept back — this protects both you and your clients.
Unopened, unused products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
Opened adhesives, liquids, and lash trays cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene and safety reasons. We recommend using our adhesive match quiz before ordering if you’re unsure which formula is right for your room.
Damaged or incorrect items: If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
